“This hotel has gone downhill since the first time we stayed. They removed the treat jars from the elevators; the dog park is a disaster. They never have waste bags filled in the dispensers any time we have stayed. The gate on the opposite side of the park is completely off its hinges and was just lying on the ground. The whole point of a dog park is so dogs can't get out but with no gate they can get out. Not safe as an advertised dog park. The amenities for dogs are advertised as one thing...

“I booked a non-smoking room and arrived around 10 PM to check in. As soon as I opened the door, it felt like there was a smoking party held inside. It felt like smoke all over. As a non-smoker, I woke up in the morning with really bad sinus inflammation which turned out to be a bad cold that lasted over 2 weeks. I had a really horrible experience.”
