“Pictures on website look much brighter than actual thing. Dust in corners and baseboards. No rugs where shown in pictures except under small table. Basement where laundry is located is disgusting. “This property presents well in photos. However, it’s on the outskirts of German Town and the area doesn’t give off a safe vibe. It was beyond dirty. Mild in the tub, with a dirty liner as a curtain. The kitchen smelled of mildew and was worse in the morning. There was a roach crawling on the kitchen floor in the morning as well. The bedding was stained. I slept in my clothes on the edge of the bed. The host was VERY responsive and provided a credit for the unused night of the reservation. ”

“Unfortunately this stay didn’t meet expectations due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. We found multiple broken items around the house, and the couch had an unpleasant body-odor smell. The dishwasher also wasn’t functioning correctly, and I had to repair it myself, then rewash the dishes because they weren’t clean.Safety was also a concern: the stairs were missing a hand rail, and the top step is very narrow and steep, which felt dangerous.
