“Recently refurbished room with nice Mountain View’s from the balcony. Some snagging issues with the room (cabling at kitchen area) which we reported to reception staff. Underground parking was easy and convenient. Great location in easy walking distance of bars and restaurants around Banff avenue area. Swimming pool great too. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The only fault with our stay is that there was a ton of construction around the hotel, which is not the hotel's fault, but it did hinder our overall experience. But everything else was excellent. ”

“It was our anniversary and they were amazing, they not only upgraded our room for us, but we were welcomed with a surprise of champagne a congratulatory card and dessert! It was really fantastic and although it’s going through construction right now and there were times of a bit of noise it was still wonderful ”

“Conveniently located, nice facilities. Indoor hot tub was great after a day of hiking and biking. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that was very helpful with facilitating travel, park passes, etc. Highly recommended!”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Building was clean and centrally located in downtown Calgary close to shops and restaurants. Property is also close to the freeway if you’re traveling in and out of downtown. Our room was clean and modern with a nice view. One amenity I found exceptional was the fitness center.
