“ They put our luggage into other guest room and we actually had to go into other room to pick our luggage out at 10 o’clock at night. It was uncomfortable and unreasonably stressful. Although they did try to make up for it, it truly did ruin our first night of a two night day. That being said, you cannot beat the location. The hill was amazing and staff were beautiful. ”

“The rooms were super clean, we got upgraded for free, and ended up utilizing the free e-bike ride we got for three hours. I would definitely stay again!”

“This was an amazing place to stay! We were treated so well from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. There was a complimentary drink upon arrival, chocolates on our bed, and a morning tray brought to our room. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the view from the tower was spectacular! Each room has a different crystal color theme. We were in the Malachite room. The food at the Opal Restaurant was delicious and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here again if...
