“È la prima volta che mi capita: soggiorno di 4 notti e non hanno mai pulito la camera, alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni hanmo risposto "non è previsto". Assurdo, anche considerando che il prezzo è ben poco economico. Brutta esperienza.”

My daughter dropped some lotion on the floor and went to wipe it up and the dirt that come off the floor when she wiped it was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was also sticky and felt unclean.
