“Great room friendly staff”

“Fantastic location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Only suggestion is to swap the bodum coffee press with a regular coffee maker. With only small sinks to get water from it was a miserable mess. Loved too that someone had set up a telescope for guests to see an owls nest (with two adorable owlets and two protective parents). Amazing to see! For our next visit to Banff, we'll be back at the Juniper for sure.”

“There was a hair on the pillow sheet which didn’t signals not changed sheets. It was pretty gross. We have pictures.”
