“The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub is a nice addition but not quite hot enough The free shuttle to town is a definite plus. Only negative is the dinner menu…. Plates to share and expensive considering the food quality. I would have loved some fresh organic options on the menu. The Banff townsite is not far away though. I do live the feeling of being nestled in the mountains. I will go back again”

“Struttura meravigliosa, quasi un villaggio a parte non molto distante a piedi dal centro di Banff. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo ristorante per cene e colazioni con porzioni abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Camere favolose, con tutti i confort, bella vista delle montagne, camino vero funzionante che fa molto atmosfera, letti comodissimi e bagno moderno con prodotti Occitane ottimi. Parcheggi comodi davanti alle camere e una fantastica hot tube che non poteva mancare...
