“This was an excellent headquarters for launching my excursions around Banff. The staff delivered superior service when I requested a change of room. The rooms were clean and orderly with every amenity I could want. The premises were also clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The kitchen had every appliance, pots, pans, stoves, utensils, everything anyone could want. It was clean and easy to use. There was a laundry which I used gratefully. Altogether, this was much better than staying...

“入住時，管理員替我更換兩次房間，讓我入住到有女性的房型，非常感謝。但是房間內仍有男性入住，有點感到沒有安全舒適，但這就是青年旅館吧。交通方便、公車巴士容易抵達，附近超市小店餐廳都有。最後建議就是分為專屬女性房型以及男性謝謝！”
