“Our water was very cold! We called the front desk, but they just told us to keep the water running for minutes on end, ensuring us it would heat up by then. Although hesitant to waste water, we did just that, but it still wouldn't get warm!!! In essence, our showers were freezing. The help was nonexistent, and we were dissatisfied with the experience, seeing as to how much we paid. It's certainly something they need to look into in the future.”
