Hotel romantici a Southgate

“My son loved fishing off the dock.I loved that it was a quiet little place to relax, The place was clean & had everything I needed for a weekend stay”

“Our getaway was perfect in every way! The space was immaculate, private, well appointed and cozy. It was located in an adorable, historic and walkable section of Sarasota. Our host Christie was friendly and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. She went out of her way to ensure we knew where all of the amenities were (laundry and dog wash station, etc.). We were traveling with our 2 dogs, which can be stressful, but she immediately put us at ease. We so appreciated her...

“Place was very nice. It was just wife and I so more than enough room. Had all the little things like soap, salt, pepper, condiments. Only bummer was pool turned green because they were away so we didn’t get to use it but it looks enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location!Small in size, but had all the essentials!Only (very small) issue was that the shower was a bit tricky to figure out how to get any hot water? Maybe replace the valve to simplify?Great spot for a couple to stay.”

“Clean room. Great host.”

“Tons of fun”

“Excellent place to stay. It is located within a 2 minute walk to the beach access. Local restaurants, bars, market, and coffee shops within walking distance. Love that the free trolley is accessible at the top of the street, if needed, but the actual stop is only a 5 minute walk. The unit had everything we needed. David allowed us to check in early which was so wonderful, so we could start enjoying Siesta Key and all it has to offer.”

“The Tiny House is a perfect location to explore Siesta Key and the surrounding areas. It had just what we needed but was in close proximity (walking distance) to many bars and restaurants but was still exceptionally quiet.”

“This was our first time in a tiny house. It was absolutely as pictured. We had plenty of space and all amenities were provided. The place seemed very sturdy and well built. Also very clean and comfortable. The only thing we could have found better was if there was room in the loft (where the bed is) to stand up. We knew this going in and took a chance on the place anyway. Absolutely exceeded our expectations overall. Great location too!”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time during our stay! We were a large group with kids, and our family rented about six different units. We all agreed on the same thing — this place is wonderful. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and each unit has...

“Location is perfect. You never have to get back in your car. Beach is convenient and excellent restaurants so close. Was fun hanging by pool and watching the birds in the canal. Will definitely be booking again.”

“Good location, clean, close to grocery store”

“We had a great time and the location was perfect for going to beach and into the village. Very nice property.”

“The location is fantastic - right on the ocean with a private path straight to the sand, and the beach was quiet and lovely even with some rain during our stay. The kitchen has newer appliances, and the layout gave our family plenty of space.”

“The space was neat and clean and right in the middle of Siesta Key Village. It was a short walk to the beach. Umbrella and chairs were included with the room. The host was quick to respond if there were any questions. I would stay here again.”

“Very unique historic room. Very nice atmosphere . Great location ! Easy in, easy out! Host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.”

“Beds were hard, and the air conditioning did not work very well. It stayed around 78 the entire stay inside the condo. It was located at a great spot and over all was good except for beds and air.”
