“It was the perfect apartment in the perfect location. The owner was super responsive and very quickly to any questions I had. It was within walking distance of everything in Sarasota. It was nice and quiet and really cute. Definitely plan to stay here every time I visit. They even had an iron and a coffee maker and all the little things that I didn’t think I might need. Great location great owner.”

“We had a great stay! The unit is very cozy and very artfully decorated. This apartment is located downstairs. The neighborhood has restaurants within a few minute walk and a Sprouts a very quick drive away. We were very comfortable during our stay. ”

“I was a solo traveler and this was the perfect place. The room was clean and updated. Bathroom was small but good for one. I stayed by the pool the entire time and It was perfect bc I was the only one. The beach was a short walk and I was there first night to watch the sun set. Hosts were great. For the price and location this was a perfect place!”

“Very short walk around the Massive Hyatt vacation club to a beautiful white sand beach. Several chairs and an umbrella await your visit in this room. The room had high ceilings with very nice crown molding. The tile floors in the kitchen and main room made it easy to keep the room clean. The carpet in the bedroom wouldn't be my choice for this place. These are "BEACHY" units and I am sure they are not vacant often enough for freshen up of the scuffed walls and base moldings. “It was everything that we expected. Everyone was friendly and responsive. There were some minor issues, the kitchen sink leaked onto the floor but they had it repaired on our second day. The dishwasher did not work. The glass doors in the shower were banging together. I think the maintenance was a bit lacking lol. ”
