“We did not stay at the Hacienda Heights Hotel. It looked like they attempted to upgrade, however this place was trashy. Three minutes after we checked in, we found bugs on the pillow that was laying on top of the bed. I would like to get a refund since we did not stay. We were there less than 5 minutes and barely sat on the bed. We were able to find better accommodations for less money on that night.
When can I expect to see a refund in my account for this pre paid stay?”

“For years I've stayed at this property, and had very few problems. Not very soundproof, as you can hear the showers turning on and off. But I guess some things are expected. The rooms are clean, the staff in the dining room in the morning are excellent and so is the front desk.”
