“What an amazing experience! I would recommend anyone doing this. The boat is just the right size for 2 people wanting to get away, relax and enjoy all that Maine has to offer! The Marina staff are wonderful as well! There are pots for lobsters, clams and even crabs that they let you use along with grills as well! Being from Maine, I can tell you this was an experience of a lifetime!”

“We were a large group of extended family and everyone was happy with the house. The game/TV room was a great bonus for the teenagers, during our down time. We enjoyed the firepit and having a kitchen to make meals. ”

“House was clean and lawn was mowed. Those are the positives.Landscaping is untended and overgrown everywhere. Entrance to the house is through the garage which is still half filled with trash. Hot tub abandoned, gas fireplace disconnected. Pool is gone and the deck has a slapped together fence where the pool used to be. It is clear that the owners/management company did as little as possible to turn this from a home to a rental, left a bunch of random stuff in the garage and basement and...

“Very clean and in a convenient location. Quiet, wooded setting. We were very comfortable there. Eric is an excellent host, and we appreciated his suggestions about hikes, restaurants, and local attractions. There is no cable, so the only TV shows available are on Netflix and Amazon Prime, so bring your passwords.”

“We had a lovely stay in this beautiful place. The kitchen was well-stocked and had the space and all the tools we needed to cook our meals. The location is perfect, on the quiet side of the island but across the street from a pebble beach and only a half mile to the cute town of Southwest Harbor, with a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, art galleries, gift shops and a bakery. It’s an easy drive to some amazing hikes. Perfect for a couple’s getaway!”
