Man told the guy to refund me. Came back and said I had to call Expedia. I called them. The lady put me on hold and called the property. They lied and said I had been in the room. Asked for a supervisor. Was told he was on a call. Explained it again. She called the property again. Came back and said...

“Typical Motel. It’s clean and price is right”
