The water pressure and temperature was not so great (lukewarm) but sufficient enough for me. The breakfast is more continental-style rather than a traditional Jamaican breakfast. The property was well secured (safe) and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. One minor issue in the room but the situation was handled quickly by hotel staff. Overall,...

“The staff there friendly and so helpful. I will come back again .”

“There's no water for part of the day, so take a shower early, and you have to pay in cash whatever they tell you to pay at the property.”

“Communication was good place was nice would definitely stay there again”

“The staff was helpful and courteous, I would recommend this property to family / friends”

“My experience was not a good one. Room was not properly clean especially the floor. A/C was not working during my stay I almost passed out from the heat. The WiFi sucks! It kept going in and out, very weak . I reported the problem to the front desk yet they did Nothing! I would never recommend this place yo anyone. Also the customer service was poor except for that one lady I spoke to on my way out. She was very nice to us. She did apologized to us for the inconvenience.”
