“No breakfast as advertised”

“The property is very nice and great for a short stay. I’d give 5-stars but our ac didn’t work and there isn’t anyone that works the desk so we couldn’t report it. Right on the square and close to a lot. We will stay again.”

“Stayed here because it was convenient to where I needed to be in Washington. Room smelled strongly of cleaning product / disinfectant. I wondered if there was some sort of problem in this room prior to my arrival because another guest staying there did not have this problem in their room. The six postage stamp sized pillows on the bed were a joke. There is NO drawer space in these rooms, and on my arrival there were only three hangers in the room. “They have an additional requirement of $100 deposit upon check in, which was unexpected. The hot tub is closed the elevator is broken and the staff is lazy and closed the pool instead of cleaning or restocking towels. The fire alarm went off most the night and the front desk staff’s response was to just turn up the already very loud lobby music instead of address the faulty smoke detector/fire alarm.”

“The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel.”

“The room was large. The shower drain didn’t drain well so it pooled up. Furniture in the room was tearing and torn up. Overall a clean budget hotel.”

“The property was very clean. I don’t know how long this hotel has been open because it looked somewhat new. The staff is very nice and helpful and no noise to complain about during my stay. It’s close to the mall and other businesses in the area. The only issue I had while staying here was that the shower in my room only had hot water. There was no way to get the water to a decent enough temperature. I couldn’t take a proper shower because the water was so hot. Other than that I would stay here...

“Stayed there for the top gun softball tournament. The hotel was close to the fields and convenient location for other amenities. Had an issue with our air conditioner and they quickly got us into a new room.”
