“Although the place has no reception (please do not be fooled by the photo) the manager made excellent attempts at getting hold of me to talk me through the check-in process. This is a self service accommodation with codes which I had not been aware off (my fault for not reading). Once I contacted Jorge, I was easily able to enter the accommodation (all by entry codes). The best thing is that the bed was excellent. I slept like a baby. ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni a San Juan e la struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare la vecchia San Juan avendo tutte le principali attrazioni storiche a breve distanza, così come ristoranti e bar. La stanza e il bagno erano spaziosi e puliti e freschi anche senza l'uso dell'aria condizionata o del ventilatore a soffitto.

"Although I’d like to thank Francisco, the supervisor and Irish Perez, the housekeeping , I’m disappointed.
I’m a frequent customer of Marriott hotel, I payed 300 euro each night and there is not room service , breakfast is not included , is far from the sea and the swimming pool is a very small place.
I have got a room immediately close to the elevator and it was very noise .
I booked the hotel just for the week end because I planned a cruise .
The first day, when I have arrived, I just asked an information, which services are included in the resort fee. The lady had the “great “ idea to switch to the Spanish language to ask how explain me it…
