“Grassy Flats is an amazingly beautiful property. From one end to the other it's like a little slice of paradise for sure. We stayed in the wreckers building. The room was fantastic, clean and very comfortable. The pool was warm and hot tub was delightful. Restraunts were closed when we were there so we ate at the market. Fish tacos were pretty basic. Overall an excellent stay.”

“No clean product for the kitchen area, dish seemed to a be little dirty. Could have to better upgrade, no extra sheets for the fold out couch. The Fold out couch very unfortunate.”

“Dallas the owner of the site was awesome, he was always available to talk. My wife had her ear drum burst while scuba diving and he was able to give us great information from when he was a pro diver. I planned to rent a boat from his fleet but was unable to due to my wife's issue. That being said they are great looking boats and they are available at a very fair price. When we go back to the keys, we will be staying here again.”

“I booked a superior 1bedroom patio ocean view room. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean! All dishes and cookware and appliances you need are included. The resort was great! We had a perfect view of the ocean! There are kayaks, canoes, volleyball and playgrounds for the kids and picnic tables and grills right outside your door. Hotel staff were wonderful!
