“The hammock was amazing!”

“Too many Iguanas and trash on the lawn.”

“All good! People need to understand the ocean seaweed and smell is uncontrollable by the hotel. We lived that they had kayaks to take out, beach volleyball, hammocks and a kid playground; all that we adults could sit outside the room and supervise the kids. Also pool was nice and clean. Will be back and next time with the boat!”

“Can't get over just how charming the room was. It was immaculate & the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They provided beach towels and kayaks, paddleboards, etc which was a plus. We were very comfortable & extremely pleased. Highly recommend!!”

“Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. Our experience got off to a poor start. Although check-in starts at 4:00 p.m., our room was not ready until 4:30 p.m. We had to wait with our young children, which was unacceptable. The room itself was not comfortable. The air conditioning was so loud that we had to turn it off every night, and the walls were extremely thin. We could hear traffic from the road in front of the building as if the windows were open, as well as people in...

“The front desk attendant Heavyn was outstanding! She was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We had a late check-in and she made sure to communicate how the process would work and made it all simple and understandable. The room was a great size, had a small kitchen with all the necessities, a small living area bedroom and bathroom. The AC was cold and loved the fact that there were ceiling fans. The bed was too firm for my liking but that's a personal preference. Overall a great stay.”

“Very noisy because of the street, I asked for a quiter room but no help. Strange because the one right behind me remained empty all night. Not a great service.”

“The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so.”
