“The property is relatively new and in great shape. Rooms are as advertised. The breakfast is good with a variety of options, cold cereals, oatmeal, bagels/toast/yogurt plus a hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausages & add ons, coffee/juice, etc. Ample breakfast seating and it’s clean. For long term guests, there’s a grill, picnic table and gas fire pit with chairs outside. From a ‘hotel expectations’ standpoint, this is top notch. “This facility appears to be a homeless shelter. Notices on door to "tenants". People pushing shopping carts, carrying grocery bags as if they live there. Dark and gloomy reception desk...scary!”

“The staff was great. The location was perfect. The beds were rock hard. There was white drywall dust all over the floor the bedroom my bathroom door didn’t close completely, and there appeared to be a little snails on the back of the door in the bathroom, but other than that, everybody was wonderful there they also do not have an elevator.”

“The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. ”
