“We reserved a king room online and got a room with two queens next to housekeeping and elevators. Noisy at times. Bed very firm. Very bright parking lot lights. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot. This is a minimalist hotel.”

“Very disappointed in this property. Only 1 small elevator for a large hotel with 3 floors. As it was broken and we checked in later, we were forced to stay on the 3rd floor and use the stairs. I asked for some discount but since it was booked thru Expedia, they could not accommodate. Rooms are nice but there were items left in the bathroom and closet, and there were a couple of long hairs on the shower stall wall. There was a missing bottle of body wash in the shower ( only a piece of glue tape...

“Property seemed to be overall maintained, but our room had ants, a used bar of soap in the shower, a used napkin in the closet and hair in the floor and on the counter of the bathroom. Our bathroom was also out of body wash and had 2 conditioners instead of 1 and a shampoo. I had to retrieve a shampoo from the front desk. We only stayed a night, would not stay again. ”

“Comoda, pulita, personale molto gentile. Hanno trovato subito una soluzione per permetterci di fare il check in anticipato. Ottimo. La colazione in generale non era delle migliori, ma il problema più grosso era la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare molte scelte, ma nel 2025 non avere neanche dei biscotti confezionati o qualcosa di simile per eventuali clienti celiaci lo trovo veramente inaccettabile. La stanza aveva la cucina, quindi avrei potuto cucinare...

“The pros- It has the makings a of a quaint property, check in was quick, breakfast had plenty of options, there was wi-fi and a pool. The cons- the room smelled like dog and cigarettes and had broken tile on the floor, the sofa had cigarette burns in it, the carpeting needs to go, there isn’t enough seating at breakfast nor enough parking spots.”

“Clean room, not enough towels, trash in hallways, all weekend. Stay was nice, definitely something going on above us, there was loud thumping the whole Time. ”
