Pool enthusiasts, rejoice! Our home boasts a heated pool that calls for idle afternoons of lounging or playful splashes. This pool isn’t just a body of water; it's a liquid sanctuary where stress floats away and relaxation takes its place with a kiddy pool that waterfalls into the main pool.

For those keen on indoor rivalry, the pop of a ping pong ball in fierce yet friendly duel awaits. And if the sun-kissed deck calls your name, may a game of cornhole under the blue skies be the order of the day. When the mood strikes to explore, avail yourselves to the complimentary bicycles - your chariots to local shops, eateries, and scenic paths that celebrate the great outdoors.

Need to Know:
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU DON’T HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
- The home will sleep 6 comfortable, but we will allow up to 8 with kids. No more then six adults.
-Dogs are only allowed with owners approval. We do require a pet fee of $150 per pet
Beaches:
-7 min drive to Roger’s Park which is a man made beach along the crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee River
-12 min drive Sun West park with a huge inflatable obstacle course
- 12 min drive to Pine Island open to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware including a crock pot

Pets:
Dogs will be permitted at owners discretion. There would be a $150 pet fee per dog. Please do not reserve if you have a dog without getting approval first.
