Hotel a Spring Run

“It’s been a year since I was last here and they have made many improvements. Some of the staff that was so helpful last year are gone but that didn’t mean the service was gone. This is the place to stay in Shippensburg ”

“Could use bigger pillows but the bed was very comfortable ”

“Super comfy beds, generous continental breakfast, convenient access to main highway.”

“Pet fee on paper said $15 but was charged $20 Mirror in bathroom had a weird film on it. Carpet felt damp. No fresh cookies were out :( ”

“Room was great, pool was great. Hot tub was broken but no big deal, our kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was mediocre, included nonetheless. Our last night staying at this property, a hotel party of 30+ young adults (children some would say) was going on a few doors down, where a fight broke out. The front desk wasn’t more than 50 yards from the hallway yelling. Cops were never called. My two six year olds were woken and scared. They weren’t made to leave. And didn’t quiet down til about 5am. So...

“Very nice hotel,typical Marriott. Was on a business trip with colleagues and my only complaint would be our negative interaction with the bar/restaurant manager. The rest of the staff was very pleasant. ”

“We didn't have breakfast but the coffee smelt great in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good temperature- we didn't need the Air conditioning. ”

“Tv was broken. Room smelled like old food. The only thing I could get for breakfast was waffles. There was a broken sausage link left and a spot that had eggs (based off what was laying on the table). Staff were friendly and that was about the only good thing. ”

“We did not have a coffee maker which was very inconvenient as we were just staying over on our way home from vacation getting up early to leave. Coffee would have been nice. No one at front desk to purchase a coffee from either. However for the price there should be a coffee maker and coffee in the room ”

“Staff was nice but hotel is very dirty hair in the shower hair in the bed but what can you expect for 50 bucks?”
