It also has a nice subtropical yard with a firepit and seating, plus a large yard for play. The property has a large private driveway, a garage, and is so close to some of the best fishing and boating in the country, quick easy walk one minute walk to the water. A fisherman and paddle boarders paradise. Added bonus of a very short drive or bike ride to the beach (less than 5 miles) and less than 4 miles to the historical downtown attractions of St George St, shops, and restaurants. Plus it is located near the beautiful St Augustine Pier, which is a great place to explore Florida's nature or to enjoy the nice boardwalk to the beach.
