The homey layout features a breakfast bar and dining table in the open living/dining/kitchen space. There is plenty of sitting in the living area, which also has a sleeping sofa, a TV, and rustic Florida pine walls. The main bedroom features a TV and ceiling fan, as well as a powder room with an adjacent shower and toilet, which adds to the seclusion.
