The Sunrise Penthouse

Sunrise Penthouse is perfect for a romantic seaside escape or a family beach holiday.
This light-filled apartment was created on the top floor of a Victorian townhouse. The ultra-modern roof terrace, accessed from the kitchen area, has unrivalled sea views stretching all the way from Hastings Castle to Beachy Head. The stylish modern kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and washer- dryer. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower.
In addition to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles, there is a comfortable, single-sized, sofa bed in the living room.

Guests will receive all access codes and instructions 48 hours before there arrival.

All of our properties are self-check in, however we will send all guests our contact details should they need us during their stay.

The pier and White Rock Theatre are at one end of the road, St Leonard’s trendiest street at the other end, and the charming pubs and restaurants of Hastings Old Town are an easy 30-minute stroll. Being wedged in-between Hastings train station and St Leonards Warrior Square they are both approximately a 10 minute walk away from the property.

There is plenty of free on street parking on St Margaret’s road and Magdalen Road just opposite the apartment.

Please be aware there is 4 flights of stairs to the apartment.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Mit etwas mehr Wetteglück wäre die Terrasse herrlich gewesen,aber auch der Blick auf das Meer war wunderschön! die Wohnung ist gemütlich, die Küche sparsam ausgestattet und es ist nicht ganz leicht, die Heizung einzustellen. Wir haben uns alles in allem wohl gefühlt.
