Enjoy this contemporary historic apartment in this fully renovated four family flat in the beautiful Grove/Forest Park neighborhood! Enjoy the nightlife in central west end while staying on this quiet street. This early 1900's 2nd floor apartment is walking distance to Saint Louis Science Center & The Grove! BJC hospital is a couple blocks away. Just a short 9 minute drive to downtown St. Louis. It has a dedicated private parking as well as ample street parking.

This apartment was rehabbed with a modern furnishing. It is located on a quiet street. This is 1 mile away from the central west end, which is walkable for some, and .3 miles away from the main strip of The Grove that has a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Saint Louis science center is only 10 minute walk and forest park is 15 minute walk.

1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. 5. If you have read it this far, THANK YOU for being a SUPER GUEST! 6. At check-in, we require the booker to be present with the Govt Issued ID and CC for incidentals (Airbnb Guest's CC not required) 7. Check-in will take place at our sister property, The WestEnd Hotel, located at 4215 Lindell Blvd. St Louis, Mo 63108. Pet Rules 1. There is $25 pet fee per stay. For a monthly stay there is a flat fee of $150 per pet per month. 2. Excessive barking or noise from pet may result in immediate cancellation 3. Please clean up after your pet in all common areas. There is a bus stop at Kingshighway Blvd and Wise Avenue that goes south and north. There is bus stop on Manchester that goes east and west. Both Uber and Lyft are highly active in the area and will pick up and drop. There is one designated parking spot in the back of the building and plenty of street parking in front.

PLEASE NOTE- This apartment is located in Central St. louis city, it is a great location! It is a diverse neighborhood.
Like most cities safety can be a concern, walking during the day is encouraged in this area. We do not recommend walking at night.

Rental was not ready at contracted check in. I was never notified either. I did get a full refund but suspect I was bumped for a longer stay reservation, which was not appreciated as we had traveled many miles

The Grove stay

Place is located near many want to go to places. Most are walkable distance. The place was easy to get into and find. The harder part was check in to go to one area that you cannot get into without a code to then go to another area entirely is a little confusing. Would stay here again.

Do not recommend

Super disappointing to walk in to dirty apt. I cleaned the apt and asked for clean linens to be provided. Told no refund or discount. Owner difficult. Do not recommend.

Quiet, easy interstate access

This is a clean, quiet place. Dog friendly but no enclosed yard, though there is a nice park 2 blocks away. It is not on a thru street so there is almost no traffic and very close to the Interstate. I would stay here again.

Well done!

The unit is exactly as advertised. The owner/management was very proactive to my needs. Great parking and easy access to the downtown, universities and the Grove. Lots of food choices within a 10-min walk. Saw a Blues and Cardinals game...I would stay there again.

An ok stay

I stayed at this rental with my 2 dogs for 3 weeks while waiting for my house to be ready. Overall the stay was ok. The apartment was comfortable and convenient to Wash U medical campus and walking disntance/short drive to different attractions and the Grove neighborhood. Safety wise, not the best but not the worst either, I felt pretty safe most of the time on my own there . There could be some improvements as there was a lot of dust, probably from remodel, but the air filter probably needs to be changed and ventilation cleaned as well as a deep clean of the space. The apartment wasn’t supplied well with necessities for the longer stay like tp & paper towels, and the soap and dish soap were watered down; and the broom was broken. I had some cleaning supplies with me so overall it was ok. The yard was the big sell for me choosing this apartment but there’s an issue with the side gates not latching and people not closing them so my dogs got out twice. Please be sure to check gates and take your dogs out on leash before letting them roam the yard. They also had contractors there a few days doing brick work on the exterior while I was working from the apartment without any notice. The management responded well to any issues and tried to fix them, they dropped off treats for the dogs which was super nice. And they offered a gift card for the inconvenience of the contractors, which again very nice but the one they sent was lower than what they promised.

Nice and clean

Hi. This was a very nice property for the price point. Decor simple and fresh. Very clean. There was an issue with the backdoor lock that the owner has promised to fix. Walking distance to forest park and medical center and Whole Foods. But I wouldn't walk alone at night.

St Louis Tour

We spent five days to site see in St Louis. The rental was perfectly located to see the Arch, Art Museum, and Covil War Museum and other related historical sites. The rental was perfect for our needs to feel like we were at home though away from home.

Awesome location, beautifully remodeled

We chose this rental specifically so we could bike ride to forest park and visit all the free museums. It was the perfect location! The apartment was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable! It was cleaned well except the floors, quite a few dust bunnies floated out from under the bed. Having a broom would have been helpful. Communication was great, all my questions were answered quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here! St louis was amazing, and this apartment was great for our family of 4!

Nice property for a nice price.

The property is in an older neighborhood that is in transition. there are renovations going on. The property was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was in a great location, within walking distance of Forest Park. Also easily accessible to 64 and 44.

Nice place to stay

The property worked great for us. The location was convenient. Walking distance to coffee shops, brewery/pub and restaurants. Highways were easily accessible if needed to go further away. We didn't use the kitchen much but it had all the big/small appliances we would have needed...cookware likely too. The bed took some getting used to...might have been just us, felt like the middle was lower so we tipped inward. Black out curtains in bedroom would be nice. The back yard had a fence which was nice so we could let our dog run around off leash. Property mgrs responded quickly to our inquiries. We'd stay here again.
