“Due to an overbooking issue on our first night, we were redirected to a nearby boutique hotel. I wasn't pleased initially, but I quickly found that the boutique hotel was significantly cleaner than the Moxy...in hindsight, we would have preferred to just stay there for our entire trip. When we did move to the Moxy, we loved the vibrant, fun atmosphere, the ideal location, and the amazing restaurant and bar, where we had absolutely no complaints. “This Hilton offers what you’d expect-comfortable beds, attractive pool, and professional staff.
I would have appreciated knowing up front that the hotel charges $45 a day for Valet parking. You cannot park on the property unless you agree to the valet service. Hilton assured me that the valet company is not associated with them. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the valet company.
In addition, I had numerous issues with my room (air conditioning, plumbing).

“I paid right at 200$ for one night here and got about a 40$ motel worth. The lobby was dirty and smelled of horrid body oder. I had to wait at the check in desk for around 15 minutes before any staff came. She got me my room key and the room was average at best. I went to leave to go and eat later that night and a different staff member was at the desk. (The only bright spot of the hotel) She informed me that there was a code on the main door and at a certain hour they would lock. Thank goodness...

“No front desk, I was helped by a guest that was waiting there, he looked into the PC , asked for my name and grabbed an envelope with the keys, is this you? It was my room keys, no deposit, no card on file and a total stranger accessing everybody’s personal info.
Walk several blocks to park in a building.
Party hub spot at night, if you have kids beware.
Beautiful area during the day.”
