Beach View 2 Bedroom Condo

Benvenuti in questo condominio con vista sulla spiaggia che ha recentemente subito una completa ristrutturazione. Questa bellissima unità con due camere da letto ha un bagno, una cucina e un sacco di spazio, oltre a un divano letto matrimoniale (può ospitare un totale di sei). Si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, situata in Mandalay Avenue, al centro di tutta l'azione. Una delle sole dodici unità del Clearwater Beach Suites, ha la sua piscina riscaldata scintillante tutto l'anno. A pochi passi (minuti) da tutti i migliori bar, ristoranti e Pier 60! Il Jolly Trolley si ferma proprio all'angolo e campi da tennis pubblici e una grande piscina e parco giochi, tra cui scivoli d'acqua e campi da basket, sono proprio dall'altra parte della strada. TV in tutte le camere, wi-fi ad alta velocità appena cablato, piscina riscaldata e la migliore posizione sulla spiaggia.

Great stay close to the beach, shops, and lots of restaurants.

We were really pleased with the property because it was close to everything and we didn't need to rent a car or uber anywhere. The building was small enough that we felt like we had a private pool, but we didn't feel cramped. There were lots of beach items available for us to use. The condo itself was somewhat small but perfect for us since we spent most of our time outside either at the beach or ocean. We also felt very safe there as the building had locked gates surrounding the property. The unit was stocked with everything we needed as far as kitchen items, bathroom items etc. We were overall very pleased and had a relaxing and stress free vacation.

Perfect location

This condo was clean, well-decorated, and conveniently located close to everything. The beds were large and very comfortable. The main bedroom was a bit tight to move around in because of the bed size, but that was a minor issue for us. It’s steps from the beach! Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Amazing location

This is a great older property. Very clean and right by the beach. It has a wonderful beach feel to it. The pool is great and the apartment was very comfortable, it is right by restaurants and very accessible. Communication was great we had a great time despite awful weather!!

Repeat visit!

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and loved it. We enjoyed ourselves so much that when we decided to go back to Clearwater, it was a unanimous decision on where to stay. Great location, quaint little condo, great pool and beach access plus easy communication with the rental company.

Great location if you want to be closer to the beach

I went with my father , son and husband. Property was small for us specially on rainy days ( every day at 2pm started) . There were no elevator. The property is awesome if you want to walk every day to the downtown, it is closer to some restaurants too. You don’t have free access to the water park or the tennis courts that is in front of the apartment. It is a place to enjoy the beach

This is the BEST location to stay at Clearwater Beach

Loved the location! Right by the beach! Right by Frenchy’s! Right by EVERYTHING! I don’t ever want to go to Clearwater Beach unless I’m staying here. The only thing I can say is I wish they had plug covers on outlets for the little ones. But overall, excellent!

Great Florida Vacation

Property was as stated. The condo was clean and as described. I had a slight issue with the condo door code, but the property management was quick to fix the issue. In-unit laundry was very convenient. Property was close to many bars, shops, and restaurants, which was nice, so we could walk instead of driving around. Kitchen was well equipped, as promised. King bed was extremely comfortable. Overall stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place and excellent location

We had a wonderful time on Clearwater Beach at this property. What I appreciate is the attentiveness of Nathan the owner whenever I communicated with him. It is managed by a great company that came through with very timely and concise instructions. The apartment has ocean views from both bedrooms and the bathroom shower. The apartment was appointed nicely wth comfortable beds. The building even has beach chairs to take to the beach with you and a beautiful pool area. The location couldn't be more perfect!
