Welcome to our stunning Clearwater getaway!

- HEATED large pool (kept at 87 degrees continuously at no extra fee)
- 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
- Central heating (not common for area!) and AC
- 5 miles from Clearwater Beach

The host was responsive, the property was clean, and the pool was nice, but there were big issues that impacted our stay. First of all, there isn't capacity for 11 people, that's inaccurate and misleading. Realistically, 7 people, 9 if you stretch it and anything beyond that is unrealistic. There is a camera facing the pool and the pool area, which is really the only reason to rent this property, but you and your family are under surveillance. Additionally, the house was missing cooking essentials (a spatula), broken furniture (the main couch) and the host thinks that it's OK for the guests to just buy it and she will reimburse them. Who in their mind thinks this is OK? She must cook her own meals at restaurants.

Great location and easy check in. Host was very responsive to our concerns. She tried to resolve our issues to the best of her capabilities. A good cleaning and some general maintenance would easily bring this property to a five star rating.

Danielle was such a great host! She was communicative, accomodating and kind. The house was awesome and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The pool was great and warm, even when it was a bit chilly out and the yard was a great spot for everyone to gather and play with the firepit and open space. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place near the beach to stay around Clearwater, even though you really won't even need to leave the house to enjoy vacation!

Stayed here with my friends for my birthday and we had a great time! We made s’mores using the campfire in the backyard. The pool area was a hit! The host provides many pool toys and floaties. The house was clean, everything was functional, and it was exactly like the pictures!

We had a lovely day in Clearwater and enjoyed the time with our family in this nice home in a great location. However, although the owner is very nice and has great communication, but the property needs a little TLC. Grass was very overgrown, house needs better cleaning practices, and some of the furniture was broken. I spoke to the owner several times and she tried her best to get someone out there to at least mow the lawn since we were having a barbecue on Saturday, but that did not happen until Sunday the day before we left and the folks that came in, didn’t even trim the grass around the screen. I do not want to discourage anyone from renting this property because she was not aware of these things that were happening, so I’m sure it’ll be much better in the future.

Great Time In Clearwater!

We had a great time! The rooms were well appointed plenty of room for all of us. The pool was wonderful! Beaches were close, but we spent most of the time relaxing in the pool!

Amazing and welcoming place

My sister and I stayed here and both had an amazing time! The space was clean, the neighborhood was friendly and quiet, and the property owner was very willing to answer any questions we had. Check in was extremely easy and convenient, and we both had an amazing time overall!

My Birthday

The house is beautiful. It worked out perfectly for what we wanted. The pool was very nice and warm. I can’t think of anything that I would have to complain about everything was perfect and it made my birthday weekend. Absolutely lovely thank you for letting us stay.

2025 January and February

We have rented over 30 properties with VRBO and Danielle is one of the best hosts we ever encountered. We were very pleased that she responded with immediate feedback to all our questions and issues. We really enjoyed our two month stay. Her home was especially dog friendly.
