“The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was staying there for one night due to work. My room was exceptionally clean and my bed was that comfortable that I really did not want to get up in the morning. Shower was lovely. I only drink decaf and the hotel was really accommodating in putting decaf drinks on my room. I loved the original window, black out curtains did exactly what they was supposed to do. “One of the best spas I have visited. This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year”

“Fantastic break away and would recommend to friends and family. One barman was rude but the rest of the staff were excellent and very friendly. Couldn’t fault breakfast for choice quality or service. Look forward to staying here again soon”
