“Unauthorized charge + zero housekeeping for 3 nights. Avoid. During my stay at this property from June 26-29, 2026, I experienced two serious issues. First, at check-in I was charged without my consent — a double charge, as my reservation was already paid through Expedia more than three weeks prior to our arrival. “Loved this location, good restaurants around, Hotel was in a safe neighborhood with good lighting. Can't beat the price, I've paid twice as much for places that were not quite as nice....it will become a preferred location for me for my travels through Savannah....Rooms were clean and quiet with good a/c.”

“Overall decent for the price point. Housekeeping doesn’t do daily cleaning and only took trash and brought fresh towels once for a four night stay. The rest of the time I took out my own trash and had to ask for towels. The beds were never made. The air conditioning was very loud. Luckily I could sleep through it so I didn’t complain. “When we checked in the room was warm so we put the ac down more and left to explore Savannah. Upon returning we noticed the ac did not work. We went to the front desk and told them about not having ac. I was told they would call maintenance and troubleshoot shoot it and they can move us rooms. “very clean very convenient very economical hotel. Staff is very friendly accommodations are more than what anyone can expect. Well maintained convenient. Just a good place to stay when you need to.”

“I had to ask them to switch my room immediately. When I first entered there were nats flying around the room, the pillows had stains on them, and the tub was constantly leaking and wouldn’t stop.”
