Relaxing stay

My mom & I stayed to attend a memorial for my uncle. We’re very familiar with the area and love this hidden gem we found! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Comfortable beds and the hot tub was such a treat after the long days. Our favorite part was listening to the creek across the street. Thank you again for sharing your home with us! We hope to be back again someday soon :)

Great Property with Family

Our family stays at Good Vibes several times per year. It is the perfect retreat, appointed with everything for a comfy & cozy stay. The property sits across the road from first-class fly fishing, and is close to extended family. Looking forward to our next stay!

Little Slice of Paradise!

Would have been perfect if we didn’t have a heat wave. 90*+ every day. Water temperature too warm for catch and release fishing, and hot tub usage was limited. We were so very grateful for the wonderful accommodations. We were concerned that with the extreme heat the AC wouldn’t be sufficient to cool entire cabin (window units in bedrooms with fan for circulation) I have health issues and must have ac in extreme heat. I had told Jill about this prior to our visit so she had AC on when we arrived at this spotless cabin. She checked with me to make sure it was sufficiently cool. She said she had purchased another unit for the kitchen and would install it if I was not comfortable. This is going above and beyond what most hosts would do. Excellent communication and genuine concern for her guests comfort. I highly recommend this little slice of paradise. We will definitely return in the future when the weather is cooler.

Relaxing and quiet

Quiet, cozy getaway. House had good supply of anything needed to feel like home. Was able to cook each night and enjoy the front porch. Host very responsive to questions and reaches out to make sure you are not in need of anything. Highly recommend

Good Vibes only

This place is great, beautiful and the hosts are wonderful. This was a return visit for us, and like before we had an awesome time. There is so much to do and see in area or just relax in the hot tub or at a nice fire out back. Piece of Paradise for sure, and we can’t wait to return.

Great Getaway Property

We have stayed at Good Vibes several times & it never disappoints. The property is in an ideal location for fly fishing & for taking in the scenic area. It is so relaxing & cozy (it is very clean and includes all the amenities needed for a great stay). Jill is a wonderful host; she always checks in to make sure we have everything we need & she is very easy to communicate with). We are looking forward to our next stay!

Cozy cabin

We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and visit Penn state for a concert and white out game. Convenient location to the campus. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. It has a nice view of a stream from the front porch and a quiet location.

Wonderful Property

We totally enjoyed our stay! This property is cozy & fully equipped. We loved being so close to Penns Creek to fly fish, sit out by the fire pit in the evenings, and travel the back roads enjoying the scenery. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Easter stay.

My family had a wonderful stay. Location was close enough to everything we had planned. Jill is a wonderful host and was so sweet . She got our 6 year old son an Easter basket that was on the counter when we arrived. Made his day. We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub in the evenings. Penn's Cave and Wildlife park was alot of fun. Thank you for having us and look forward to coming back.

Perfect getaway

Between the hot tub, fireplace and peace and beautiful surroundings this was a perfect getaway. Not too far from anything, but the privacy is awesome. Hosts were A+ in communication and made this one of our favorite places we stayed at.

Great weekend

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights and wanted to spend a week. It was such a relaxing setting with the stream out front. It was unfortunate that the weather did not hold off. However we snuggled up in front of the fireplace and made the best of it. Would recommend this rental to anyone and will be staying again.

Fantastic!

We loved our week staying in the Good Vibes cabin! It is a beautiful setting, a perfectly appointed cabin, so comfortable, and the hot tub is such a bonus. I was working for the week and the connectivity was excellent. Jill is wonderful host with excellent communication. I would highly recommend!

Good Vibes and Great Owners

Recently remodeled property and picturesque scenery was a perfect fit for our trip. We felt right at home and everyone settled in nicely. A couple of storms and warmer temps prevented us from taking better advantage of the outside amenities. Jill and Eric were amazing hosts and were full of recommendations and suggestions when we asked. Super helpful and responsive to texts and VRBO messages. On the nights we didn't use the grill or kitchen we found some amazing restaurants and local breweries scattered around the area. Should we find ourselves back in that area we would stay at Good Vibes again in a heartbeat!

We met friends we haven’t seen since before Covid was a thing. We enjoyed the location of the place as well as all of the extras! It was WELL stocked and perfect for us! Jill has been a pleasure to work with. The place could not have been better.

Wonderful Spot to Stay

Such a beautiful place to stay with our kids and our dog. Really enjoyed the location, very relaxing and peaceful. Saw some awesome wildlife, enjoy hiking and more. The house is great, very clean and everything you will need, would definitely stay again.

we loved the place......

We spent two nights there, we could really feel at home.We loved spending every minute there. Perfect place, if you want to be away from the noise of the city. Plenty of trout caught in the Penns- creek, was also an experience. Taking advantage of the ( outside) fireplace, we were able to prepare a meal we liked on a slightly cool, but even more beautiful evening.If we have the opportunity, we will definitely return.
