“The hotel was generally clean but the room had a very musty smell. The carpet on the stairs and in the hallways were visibly dirty. The hot tub was empty and the pool was very cloudy and smelled musty.”

“I wish I could leave 0 star. After arriving to the hotel & checking in, I went to my room only to find some type of rodent poop on the bed, burn holes from cigarettes in the blankets and AC that barely worked. I went to try and shower only to find that the water was brown and the toilet didn’t flush. Staff was not helpful with finding the elevator so I had to lug everything up the steps to my room.”
