“We had a rough day before arriving. The hospitality just wasn’t there. It was almost like the person on the home was telling me F you with a smile on her face. We got to the room where there were had marks everywhere. My daughter picked up and almost ate candy that was left on the floor before we got there. I tried to look past all of that until I opened the window to look outside where I saw 2 Rats running around.”

“The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”

“Terrible. I expected so much better for the price. Location was great, but that's where the positives end. Staff for check in was incredibly rude. Kept stopping check in with me to assist other travelers. Then got to the room and it was stifling. Called the front desk who said they would send someone to work on it, but the AC never actually cooled the room. Also, the shower was a safety hazard. Very slippery. I actually fell and hurt my hip.
