Hotel a Staunton

“The breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfast and for the most part, the staff was friendly. The common areas were clean enough but our room left a bit to be desired. For example, you could see handprints in the dust above the lamp. The main issue that we had is that our room didn't get cleaned the entire 6 days that we stayed. The 3rd night, we went to the desk for clean towels. On the 5th morning we stoped by the desk on our way out to inquire why our room had not been cleaned...

“The front desk staff, both when I was checking in and checking out, were both very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I have is taking a shower in the morning. I messed with the hot and cold for at least 15 minutes trying to get the water just warm, not scalding hot or freezing cold. It never did get warm so my shower was one of the worst ones I've ever taken. “Elevator could not be called up to the forth floor from the fourth floor, Had to walk down to third floor to go down the elevator to lobby. Missing electrical cover under table and on wall”

“The facility is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. We were there on a Wednesday. Sadly, the dinner restaurant decided to close early that night and the more upscale dinner place wasn’t open at all.
