“Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

“Everything was smooth and easy. Had a great time. The rooftop terrace was awesome. Got to see the skyline and some stars. Just really enjoyed our stay there! And a couple little questions I had and information we needed Brittani was on it immediately like when I forgot the code lol only they waited like seconds to get in so thank you you awesome time and mommy will come back down again. “This place needed a lot of TLC, all of the walls were marked up, dirty and just spotty. There was a large burn hole in one of the tiles in the living room. There was red make-up smeared on the wall in the bathroom. The shower head dripped so much it was getting out of the shower onto the floor and causing moisture damage to the floor and molding. the wall behind the couch looked like it was crumbling apart at the bottom and there was a burn mark on the door molding where the washer and dryer was...

“This unit and any other units from this host need to be removed from Vrbo. The building isn’t luxury nor are the units. The pictures do not look at all what is posted online. The unit was disgusting, and there were mouse droppings in a crib left in the unit. I was only able to get in contact with the host 1 time before having to directly contact Vrbo. My family and I had to find a hotel to stay at for the weekend in a city was practically booked up. DONT DO IT”
