Appartamenti a Stazione di Monopoli

“The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. We knew this but if you are tall and have large suitcases certainly not ideal. Initial inspection looked good although a bit smaller than the photos suggested. The bathroom entrance was tiny and so was the...

“Located on a residential street, a little noisy in the early morning but great apartment. Well located for walking into Monolpli , beautiful area, and the station and visiting other areas, Lecce, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare . Great market on the Tuesday, right outside the door! Had everything we needed although induction hob tricky to use as we were not familiar with one, couldn’t see the symbols on it nor find any instructions! Good communication with the host who kindly allowed us to stay a...

“Situated in the heart of the historic centre of Monopoli, a few minutes from both beach and harbour, this ground floor apartment felt very much like home with access to a myriad of food options and its own kitchen and even a pizza oven! The staff support though online was excellent. ”

“I had a great stay here, the apartment is very comfortable and the location is amazing. But the small size of the bathroom and shower will cause some challenges for a lot of people. It was not a huge issue for me but I'm a small person. I don't know how normal size people could shower in that shower, it is really tiny. And the stairs leading to the apartment (from the street) is tight and could be problematic if you're a tall/big person with big luggage. But again, for me, it was fine. The...

“Absolutely do not recommend! I was messaged on WhatsApp about an additional fee. No proper toiletries. Outlets didn’t work, AC didn’t work. We had to literally pull out hair from the drain as our room flooded. I wish I could post pictures.”

“Le logement est très bien placé, au coeur de la vieille. Il est fonctionnel. Malgré notre heure tardive, la gentille propriétaire nous attendait, tout sourire.”

“Fifth floor (elevator) wrap around terrace with view of Adriatic and old city center. Apartment is clean and modern with option of garage parking. Everything within walking distance: restaurants, beach, harbor, grocery store, bread shop, cheese shop, ATM, pharmacy, even hospital. Property manager, Giusy, is cordial and helps. Would definitely recommend and return.”

“Struttura situata in ottima posizione rispetto al centro storico, dotata di ogni confort e tenuta maniacalmente.”
