“What a treat after long travel overseas! I was delighted they let me freshen up in the spa while my room was being readied. Vini gave me excellent directions to walk around. Location is quiet but walkable to everything. Service is top notch, room comfy. Would love to stay here again. ”

“Excellent hotel the staff were so welcoming friendly polite happy the second we walked in. There were smiles all around greeting us. Excellent location. Toiletries were great beautiful fragrances not smelly all over the empowering brilliant king size bed we had was just so comfortable. The pillows were a bit bulky and huge. Close to shops mall restaurants cafes Train station just next door the light rail close by next street in George Street we caught that to go to Chinatown. We had a short stay...

“This hotel was beautifully decorated and restored, rooms were fantastic BUT small for two people-VERY TiGHT! Staff were okay polite and respectful, but all seemed to be students or backpackers. The night the fire alarm sounded at 2:15am no one seemed to know why . Getting staff to understand questions in English had to be repeated at least twice. Otherwise the hotel is fabulous if you like to repeat yourself and like small rooms. ”

    "L' hotel e' situato in posizione centrale a due passi dall' Opera House e circular quay con fermata di metro, tram e traghetti.Si trova all' interno di un edificio moderno con una grande elegante Hall.Purtroppo la camera assegnataci e' stata deludente, le maggiori criticita' sono state la presenza di moquette, la mancanza di adeguati punti luce ,che rende la camera molto buia ,la presenza di un guardaroba troppo piccolo per riporre gli indumenti, le dimensioni ridotte del bagno.Ringrazio il personale che davanti alle nostre lamentele si e' prodigato per renderci il soggiorno piu' confortevole, fornendoci una lampada per cercare di avere un po' piu' di luce e cambiandoci la stanza quando si e' verificato un problema con la pressione dell' acqua.La seconda camera assegnataci aveva una bella vista sulla baia.La colazione e' abbastanza assortita di dolci e salato ma non eccelle in qualità "
