“This hotel was a delight to stay for two nights. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to medeu was an excellent addition. The lodge itself was nice and clean, comfortable and the breakfast delivered to your room was a nice touch. We struggled to get the sauna working on the first night but this was fixed within minutes. The restaurant located on site whilst is aesthetically pleasing is not for everyone’s taste. Room serving options were good though. Overall an enjoyable stay...

“The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases.”

“Excellent stay only be aware if you book the Junior Suite as it is a small / corner room, better to look at other options. The staff anyhow was super helpful and supported by change. In addition it is a very busy hotel, difficult to do early check-in factor this in your travels. I highly reccomend the place to everyone”

“Polite staff who were happy to help at any time, and overall a neat and nice place to stay. Wifi connection did go out at times, but was otherwise stable and even excellent for the price of the stay. I highly recommend staying here :) There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 2km of the hotel, so there's always somewhere to go. ”

“Delightful experience at Kazzhol. The room is spacious and even comes with 2 beautiful bathrooms, a terrace and our own treadmill! The breakfast buffet is also abundant with wide variety of good quality food with plenty of time and nice seatings to eat. Location is convenient with money exchange, shops, restaurants, parks, sightseeing places within walking distance. “Оформили ранний заезд, заселились без проблем в районе 6 утра, бронировали два одноместных номера. В моем номере не работал телевизор, до конца продувания его так и не включили. По выезду попросили повторно оплатить проживание, хотя все было оплачено по заезде. Хорошо, что у меня был чек, подтверждающий оплату.. Из за таких нюансов впечатление подпорчено, но в целом - нормально .”
