“Ein Zimmer, das meine Erwartungen übertraf. Ich hatte Blick auf das Matterhorn und das Dorf Zermatt. Das Badezimmer ist etwas alt und dunkel. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber man kann an der Rezeption nach heißem Wasser fragen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.”

“ Very nice and cozy hotel, close to the city center, yet in quite area. Room is comfortable and clean. Hotel stuff is very kind and efficient, and breakfast excellent !! definitively my favorite hotel in Zermatt ! ”

“Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there...

“Questo e' stata la mia terza volta in questo Residence dopo altre due di cui una nel 2018 e una a Gennaio 2019. Il residence e' sempre confortevole e ho apprezzato i lavori di ristrutturazione nelle parti comuni. Lo terro' sempre in considerazione nel caso di altri soggiorni a Zermat sia invernali che estivi.”
