“The Chateau was well maintained, our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“Very good”

“Room was clean and user friendly. The shared amenities were clean and very well maintained.”

“Beautiful place. We enjoyed a lot.”

“Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. Texts about carpets when I was trying to enjoy my day, after a night on a poor mattress with traffic noise & no way to have a...

“Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.”

“Lovely staff, super fast check in/out. Cleanest caravan park cabin I’ve ever stayed in - clearly they take a lot of pride in this place. Could do with some modernisation but served our purposes well.”

“Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

“Very nice, modern and spacious room with generous bathroom. Hard to fault really and we would certainly stay again.”

“Aging buildings in superb location. Great value. Mostly for conferences, so casual visitors like us organise own food via local cafes in quaint nearby villages”

“Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

“Very nice location and quiet.”

“The room was perfect for what we needed”

“Unclean room. Toothpaste still in bathroom sink. Ash trays un empty outside door with gross stained seats outside. Bit grimy. crappy pillows. Average matress. Key was hard to get into door . Stunk pretty bad like smokers had beennin there and masked with spray. Should have been 80 dollars a night not 160”

“Room generally comfortable, TV and Air Conditioner [heater] worked okay. Four main issues No plug available for the bathroom sink, No readily available power points in the vicinity of the bench for use of water jug, toaster, etc; power points in corners of room at floor level not convenient locations? No literature regarding nearby eating places for breakfast or dinner [neither provided by the motel] Upon enquiry about dining, receptionist referred me across the highway to Hungry Jacks!!!”
