“Great stay overall at the Avon Residence Inn! Staff were warm and genuinely helpful from check-in to checkout, room was clean and spacious with a great kitchen setup, and the hot breakfast was a solid start to the day. Property is quiet and well-kept. My only miss: the bed felt old — I could feel springs and it seemed slightly tilted to one side, which made sleep tough. With a mattress refresh, this place would be perfect. I'd definitely stay again.”

“At the front desk when we checked in at 8:00 PM, they provided us with a key card to room and when we were walking to the room, the couple cleaning told us that our room was not ready and that we can go to the room that they just are about to finish cleaning. Then they made a phone call. We waited in the hallway and then they asked us to speak to the person over the phone the person over the phone explained that we didn’t have a room ready yet and the room they’re cleaning currently will be our...

“Hampton inn was so nice! The staff were friendly and they have a shuttle that picked us up at the airport. Everything was clean and comfortable.”

“I needed to be in one of the Handicapped rooms (101). Absolutely nothing electrical worked except the lights and little refrigerator. No A/C-Heater; no TV, no fun! It was a later night check in for me, I was exhausted, and I wasn’t up to change rooms once all my luggage was there. This is really unacceptable, even though renovations were happening. The room should have been fixed before placing a customer there!!!”

“Ho trascorso una settimana a cavallo di Capodanno perchè un mio amico americano abita nei paraggi. L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”
