“Friendly staff, good location with a beautiful view. They are incredibly dog friendly - providing dog treats and a toy, and having an outdoor stair access easy for dog walks. They are also located right on a walking trail. We have stayed here before and definitely will be booking again. ”

“È la prima volta che mi capita: soggiorno di 4 notti e non hanno mai pulito la camera, alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni hanmo risposto "non è previsto". Assurdo, anche considerando che il prezzo è ben poco economico. Brutta esperienza.”

“Ben situato al centro di Banff, permette di accedere a piedi a tutti i servizi. Ben arredato e decorato. Camera spaziosa, pulita, comoda e con bagno funzionale. Colazione a buffet soddisfacente. Unica pecca, il sistema di riscaldamento molto rumoroso qualora si dovesse tenere in funzione anche di notte. Fortunatamente il calore accumulato di giorno ci ha permesso di dormire senza doverlo attivare di notte.”

“The property was great! The room was clean and quiet, and the staff fluffed it up daily while we were out hiking. The hot tub/pool area had a great ambiance with the lowered lighting at night and the smell of eucalyptus. The location of the lodge is great as it's right next to the center of town. It was easy to walk to restaurants, view the mountains, go to the historic Parks headquarters, etc. Although other reviewers mentioned difficulty in finding a parking space in the underground garage...
