“Excelent ”

“The front desk staff was excellent, the gym was surprisingly good, the breakfast had a nice variety, the hallways and elevator and rooms were clean, and the place just had a nice, clean, newer feel to it. I saw quite a few business people in the morning at breakfast. It seems like a place where professionals choose to stay when in the general area. ”

“The knob for the shower came off. There was hair in the shower. There were bugs near the bed and window.”

“Really liked the breakfast buffet each morning. We were assigned the room labeled "handicap room" on the 4th floor. It was a lovely room and fine view. We had no idea how to lower or raise the blinds and had to call for help to do so. Help was very responsive, thank you. If I were handicapped and confined to a wheel chair, I don't think I could have gotten up on the bed! They are very high! The sliding door to the bathroom is a neat idea but the door is so heavy it is very difficult to...
