“Velvet did a fantastic job working on the breakfast area to make sure all food items were hot and delicious!! She was on top of it all, so pleasant to all the guests she came in contact with. Excellent service Velvet!! Taylor made sure we had everything we needed for our room(somehow there wasn't a blow dryer). I also needed a plunger and she helped me with an embarrassing moment. Very courteous and always smiling.”
