“We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a perfect location for Red Rock and Denver being in the middle. Quiet lovely neighborhood and the lower area of home we stayed in was perfect. Exactly how advertised. The host was very responsive when we communicated. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The house was everything our family needed for the week. The owner was very responsive and jumped into action for anything we needed. The house itself was very nice and has a park at the end of the street that my little one enjoyed very much. House was stocked with things like seasonings, condiments, detergent. It made traveling as a big family very nice. ”

“This house was perfect! It was clean, classy and had everything we needed. Perfect for our group to have two levels so we could spread out. The huge TV downstairs was a big hit as we enjoyed watching some sporting games on it. Also, loved sitting on the back patio in the morning drinking coffee. “I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services. We were looking forward to relaxing and watching march madness, but with the...

“Beautiful property. Spotless!! Quirky and stuffed with “stuff”. Two minute walk to S Pearl where there are great places to eat and drink. Very funky cool neighborhood. 2-5 minute walk to lite rail. So easy to get down town and the airport. Agent super helpful. ”

“We had a lovely time here over a weekend! The house is beautiful and well appointed. There are many rooms in the house and plenty of space to spread out. The rooftop balcony and bar were absolutely lovely and the pictures of the hot tub don’t do it justice, it’s larger than it looks! All around great stay, I will be back! ”

“The house was super comfortable. Every amenity we could imagine was available. Adirondack chairs next to Bear Creek made for peaceful tranquility. Beds/showers/kitchen/living rooms were so comfy. We were minutes from downtown Evergreen, which was a nice throwback in time. Red Rocks Amphitheater was 25 short minutes away. ”
