Hotel a Summer Haven

“Literally the cutest little place!!! The back area has a little seating area with rocking chairs and a hammock and some nice cabanas for relaxing. The front check in area was very clean and it did not have that weird overly perfumed smell that a lot of independent hotels have. The room we stayed in was very nice and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The beach was directly across the street but it was late when we got in so i can't really review it. It seemed nice in the dark. Everyone...

“La ragazza alla reception è stata stupenda. La struttura è pulita ed accogliente. Quindi la consiglio. Non sono contenta della poca disponibilità e non conoscenza del problema della celiachia del ragazzo del buffet, il quale mi ha liquidato dicendo che fosse una sua scelta la non presenza del pane senza glutine e facendo un elenco di prodotti assenti come il latte di soia. Come se la celiachia fosse una scelta. Peccato.”

“I didn't like the fact that We were sleeping with children in the room that the Air Conditioner was not working and when contacted customer service nothing was done. We were given a face fan. Unreal! I want this complain to be escalated to Corporate office. We should be compensated for paying for such discomfort.”

“The property was beautiful. It sits close to the road so we heard traffic a lot. Our bathroom was quirky. We had a room with a spa tub but the shower part was difficult to use. The faucet in the sink was difficult to work around...either splashed the floor or got my hair wet when I rinsed after brushing my teeth. The sunsets were incredible”

“The parking was good, the staff was nice, air was great, the pool was nice and clean, it was a close walk to the beach and some restaurants. The only thing that did not work was the coffee pot, but I let them know for the next customers, they said they wld take care of it, no iron, but they had one to let me borrow ( had to dress for a wedding) Was well satisfied with our room over all. I wld stay there again.”

“Struttura rinnovata, senza l’odiosa moquette, in dotazione frigo, microonde e macchiana per il caffè. Tv e asciugacapelli. Diversi cambi biancheria da bagno + teli piscina. Colazione ordinaria. Abbiamo avuto bonus cocktail Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile . La posizione si trova servita dai mezzi turistici per i tour della parte vecchia della città che è raggiungibile, in auto, in pochi minuti così come le spiagge. Consiglio la struttura che è come da descrizione.”

“Took forever to get someone to the office to be able to check in. Then about midnight the property owners/management team decided to start yelling and arguing right outside our door/window area. Then they refused to come to the office to handle our check out. Definitely do not recommend for a relaxing getaway. Pool was tiny and closed during our stay. It was also not very clear water so we wouldn’t have swam in it anyway.”

“Great location in the historic district directly across the street from the bay. All rooms are newly renovated. Shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Safe area! Loved it!”

“Staff was wonderful, especially the manager. The breakfasts were really delicious and all made in house; including the cheese blintz, blueberry scones, stuffed french toast and breakfast casserole.”
