“What a gorgeous place to stay and the majority of the staff were what customer service quality is all about. Reception staff faultless, helpful and friendly Waiting/bar staff fantastic. Did have a couple of minor issues whilst there which were sorted out by the lovely staff we encountered, however, one particular restaurant manager was rude and unhelpful. “Beautiful parkland and excellent room and facilities - we enjoyed the spa and gym too. The gym was well supplied with machines and weights. All the staff were friendly and helpful and catered for a number of special requests. A shame we were there on a Monday night when the Orangery restaurant was not open as we would like to have tried it. Would definitely recommend.”

“L'hotel si presenta bene, è ben tenuto, sembra tutto abbastanza nuovo ed è pulito. Tuttavia se dovessi tornare proverei un'altro hotel, in questo c'è lo stretto necessario ma non c'è aria condizionata, frigo bar e nella mia stanza le lampadine del bagno erano quasi tutte rotte, ne funzionava una sola. Evidente stato di mancanza di cura nell'accoglienza degli ospiti.”
