Hotel a Summit

“Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s an old motel with outside accessibility, but it seemed to be clean and recently upgraded. New flooring, fresh paint, and furniture in very good shape. There were small imperfections like the light stayed on constantly in the microwave due to a damaged door closure, the toilet seat connectors were broken which made the seat slide, no coffeemaker in the room. It was a fair price!”

“There was a problem with the elevator at one point but other than that it a great experience. The staff were very friendly.”

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. “My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!”

“Hotel was very clean and newly renovated. Staff were all friendly. TV had limited channels and access to a few streaming apps. Great water pressure in the shower.”

“Rooms where clean they have nice pool area. My only complaint was the breakfast selection was not very good. I would stay there again.”

“Everything was amazing except the bed. It was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have experienced. Everything else made up for it, just noting this as it would have made this a 10/10 rating. The breakfast station was run by the most friendly and helpful gentleman. He made our mornings better by being a part of it. The desk staff were all extremely friendly and helpful!”

“Cigarette burn holes in the bedding, loud neighbors”

“It was a bait and switch. The signage was a rusted and busted Budget Inn with no Rv park anywhere. They never asked for id. They wrote a door code on a piece of paper. It didn't work, they had to reset the code. There were no table, dresser ot lamps. The sheets were curtins they sewed the rod pocket shut We left, no refund was given. ”
