The dining area seats eight comfortably. A separate walnut-paneled den offers a cozy retreat with a wood-burning fireplace, game or puzzle table, wet bar, and 65-inch TV. A powder bath and convenient same-level parking access from both front and back entrances complete the main floor.

Fairway Twelve Retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Upstairs you'll find all four bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a laundry room. The primary suite includes a king bed, golf course views, sitting area, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with dual vanities. A second king bedroom also features an en-suite ¾ bath with dual vanities. The third and fourth bedrooms—one full and one queen—share a Jack-and-Jill ¾ bath. TVs are provided in all bedrooms. Two separate stairways make moving between levels easy and convenient.
