Welcome to Dockside Dream—a stunning lakefront retreat in the heart of Frankie and Louie’s Cove at Lake of the Ozarks. With room for 16 guests in beds, this five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is perfect for unforgettable group getaways, family reunions, or lake-loving friends looking for a luxurious escape.

Step outside to your own private paradise. The expansive dock includes a 50-foot boat slip, pool loungers, and an outdoor bar—ideal for lakeside cocktails or sunset views. Whether you’re boating all day or floating and chilling, this dock is where memories are made. The outdoor furniture is perfect for dining under the stars or lounging in the sun.

Inside, you’ll find an executive kitchen featuring high-end appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, built-in wine storage, and plenty of space for cooking up big group meals.

This place was AWESOME

This was easily the best lake vacation our friend group has ever had, hosts were very helpful, the house was AWESOME, the dock was even better, and the location was unbeatable. I will be staying here time and time again.

Can’t recommend enough!

This house is worth every penny! All the mattresses were comfy - even the bunk beds! I really appreciated that it sleeps 16 on real mattresses, NOT pull outs/couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, utensils, and even a full spice rack for cooking. The dock is amazing! You simply can’t find a better house than this in this area and price point. Worth every penny! We’d 100% come back again.

Derek was easy to work with. Property had a great location. Owners and their family stay next door, which was super helpful if we had questions. House was stocked! First time to LOTO and our house experience was great!

Updated House, centrally located

We visited with family for a weekend trip. The house is completely updated and looks amazing. New furniture and mattresses, great amenities, and fully stocked with common supplies and toiletries. I worked with Brent in the beginning, then Derek as he toke over managing the property. He was great with getting back to us, and helpful throughout our stay over the weekend. The property has plenty of room for larger groups to entertain together, or hangout in their own space. The dock has two boat slips, and a great hangout space including bar, refrigerator, and seating. This property is located in the same cove as Frankie and Louie’s and centrally located to other popular spots on the lake. We’re excited to come back to this location!
